iPhone 12 act crazy while charging

Once i blue my iPhone 12 Pro Max To charge with original charger the phone acts crazy and the touch does not function well is there any solutions for it

Then I will have to wait for some time and plug it again to start the charge again. Neither my iphone12 nor my charger is damaged.

It’s the charger so you will have to purchase a new charger, does it have a ghost touch?
