Family Sharing

I had a pending purchase of an in game purchase and because I’m in family sharing there was a pop up saying “there’s been a problem with a family members purchase, make sure to ask the organiser to update their payment details” and the has cleared through now and the organiser updated the billing info but that pop up still shows up and I can’t install previous downloaded apps and can’t update apps
