stolen phone

hi, my iPhone 8 Plus was stoled in my room

I had advice police didnt find out the autor

they not have insurance in the accommodations I am

I tried find my iPhone was for a month in the building and after the signal desapegar forever

not know what to do know

I have apple care only for the computer with same ID but not for the phone

and ... would like to buy new phone but with a insurance from my bank cos apple care not cover this no?

the iPhone its from Spain and the computer from Uk ...

some tips for now or future?

You may use a web browser to get Serial Number and IMEI Number. You cannot track using iMEI number. but you may need it so keep it handy

Did you enable Find My?


If you didn't turn on Find My [device] before your device was lost or stolen, it can't be used to locate your device nor you can use the IMEI number for tracking the device.


The best action would be to Change your Apple ID password and change the passwords for other internet accounts on your device. This can include email accounts, Facebook, or Twitter, etc...
