apple device without a camera or microphone that I can use at work?

I have of the last iPod nano models. No camera, no microphone, and built in FM radio. Some of us work in facilities where we cannot take devices with camera nor microphone but would like to listen to music and/or radio. iPod nano discontinued. watch has camera and microphone so what can we do?
