Apps going from phone to watch

Hi,

I have Galarm set up to manage multiple alarms including ones to wake me when I’m sleeping to take medication. The iPhone 12 sends all alarms to the Apple Watch 6 which only makes a ding and wishes it could wake me up. I want to stop all Galarm alarms from going to my phone. Help please.
