HomePod taking over HomeKit hub?

How a an I make Apple TV 4K as primary HomeKit hub? It used to be ever since my first ATV now on ATV 4K v2 (2021) it is NOT. My HomePods kept taking over. Problem is my HomePods are wireless and my ATV4K2 is directly wired to my Eero Pro 6 via CAT Ethernet cable and therefore provides a better experience as via wired there is always a slight delay.

Why has this changed? How can it be corrected?

Unfortunately I don’t see a way one can choose a preferred default Hub. They keep switching around.

Well, that is just asinine. With the gigabit wired connection and a faster processor the Apple TV 4K v2 is way faster at enacting HomeKit Siri commands and just overall works better.
