Unrestricting tracking

Hey! i’m restricted from tracking. it won’t let me turn it on. And i’m pretty sure my Mom has the ability to turn it on for me from her phone and she gave me permission to do it but she doesn’t know how to turn it on for me either.

this is what my screen looks like from my phone. but for my moms it gives her the ability to turn it on and off. i don’t know how to unrestrict it from my moms phone to mine.
