I have an issue with a VPN app from work. I deleted it but when I reinstall I get a message stating part of the app is still installed. I have tried several ways of deleting it without success.
Anyone that can tell me how to reset the Mac mini?

You may also wish to connect with the IT folks at work and ask them the best way to disable and uninstall this VPN app.
EDIT- you might also try the shareware app Find Any File (FAF) to locate the VPN bits for deletion. https://apps.tempel.org/FindAnyFile/
The vpn is for AAVPN.AA.COM. It works perfectly on my iPad and my PC.
It was working fine on the Mac mini and it stop connecting then I deleted it and try to reinstall.
