Ask Before Deleting (Mail)
How do I set up ask before deleting emails on my Mac? I know it seems like a fairly simple question, but I can't seem to find this option in my settings. Is it even available anymore?

I don't think there's an option to ask before deleting mail in the Mail app on macOS. However, when your email is deleted, it is moved to the Trash folder, where it will stay for up to 30 days, so you can retrieve a message if you accidentally delete it.

Thanks for the help.
