I was checking the devices attached to my apple TV plus account. And saw some I didn't recognize, so I removed all the devices. But I logged into the app on my personal devices and only my iPhone is showing. Is this a problem?

That is not a problem. When used again for services that require sign-in, they should appear in the list again. (That may include the unrecognized ones.) Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in - Apple Support
To prevent unauthorized devices to use your account, you should change your password. Any automatic sign-in would fail because of the revoked old password. Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support
