I think I need a new battery for my iPad Pro.

Can I take my iPad Pro to Apple store in my area for a battery replacement

or do I need to backup on my home computer and mail into Apple for replacement or exchange?

Make an appointment

Backup your device to a computer or make a iCloud backup
