MY Storage

My storage is always full but my icloud storage is not even half filled up how can I fix this?

What's filling up your iPhone storage? You can only store certain things in iCloud such as photos (iCloud photos enabled and optimize storage option selected) as well as documents etc. via the Files app. If you have a lot of music or Apps stored on your device, iCloud can't store those.
