How can I unlock my iPhone when I payed for the phone with a credit card outright

If you paid in full and purchased the iPhone directly from Apple then the iPhone was sold to you unlocked.
If you purchased it form a carrier and have paid in full then contact the carrier to find out how to get your iPhone unlocked.
