Debit card declined for Apple Pay

I have a iPhone 12 Pro Max And just started my card declining after I had updated my phone. I have always used my same debit card for Apple Pay to send money or add money to Apple Pay. Now it’s saying it is declining. I have called Apple support and my card but can not seem to see the problem. My the bank to my card does not see the transaction declining. I have been try to fix this issue for a month already. Please help if anyone figured out a solution, I know I’m not the only one that is dealing with this issue.
