After iOS update I cannot make calls

I updated to lates IOS 14.7.1, now my Iphone 7 Plus is not working, specifically I cannot make calls using Phone App, WhatsApp, or Facetime. I cannot answer incoming calls either. Calls are failing, WhatsApp calls get disconnected with Fail.

I've rebooted multiple times, reset network settings.

Please advise,
