iPhone 7 not able to make/receive calls after iOS 15.7.6 update

same here!! urgh so annoying after the update i cannot receive or make calls. It would say "Failed"

Can someone send help asap... i need to make phone calls with my phone.... maybe i should buy the cheapest google phone now.... i just can't afford apple like this ...

I am having the same problem, iPhone 7 is unable to talk as the mic is not working. after this update. I rolled back to the previous version, but still not solved. Has anyone had any luck?

I phone 7+ won’t call out

I have updated my iPhone 7 after saying until I updated my iPhone I can’t not make or receive calls but I’m still not making calls after which I have updated my phone about an hour ago

Just two now I suddenly have issue on my Iphone 7 plus. I can't call or make a call and even I can't recieved calls too after I updated my automatically to 15.8.2

I planning to visit Apple Store by tommorow to checked on what they can do on my phone..... Very frustrating.

If it doesn't help, remove and reinsert the SIM card.

If it doesn't help visit your carrier, maybe the SIM card is damaged, ask for a replaced (new) card. Normally it is free.

Ask also to check if the SIM tray is bent, as even a tiny misalignment can cause the SIM card to not fully connect with the internal contacts in your iPhone.

iPhone 7 is > 6 years old, which also affects the battery life. The hardware remains old, so does the battery.

If it is still possible, have the battery replaced.

The battery can be replaced by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
