iPhone calls are getting disconnected and showing a "Call failed" error since updating to iOS 18

I am facing daily issues since update on ios18 Whenever I make a call from my iPhone 13 and move it away from my ear, the call gets disconnected and shows ‘Call Failed’

Please help facing since November

Hello,

Nothing to do with iOS18. However, it could be a faulty Proximity Sensor. See this previous discussion:
