If your have in iPhone/iPad/iPod touch

Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Messages: ON

Whenever you delete a message, it will be deleted on every device you owned and is not recoverable.

Report this to Apple:

Important: Having received a message of sorts informing you of this, it is a scam. Apple will not send you such a message. So, if a popup message, or text messages, then take a screenshot of it, and then forward it off to Apple at reportphishing@apple.com. If a phone call, then take a screenshot of the phone call's info (number, date, and time), do the same. Perform as instructed here: Using the Photos App to Report Scams: - User Tips
