How do I transfer everything from my iPad mini to an older iPad?

my iPad mini is damaged, I have an older iPad to which I would like to transfer the contents of my iPad mini. How can I do this?

you can set it up to the same appleID then it should get whatever was in icloud

you can see the data stored there by using a browser and login to www.icloud.com
