I changed my passcode and it was successful
i later got a notification telling me to confirm iPhone passcode and when I click on it I get “there was a problem connecting to the sever”
please how do I fix this?.
I've tried signing out from the iCloud through safari and restarting my phone but it’s not working
Hello kightley176, Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you need help changing your passcode on your iPhone. We would be happy to help! Are you using Wi-Fi or cellular data? Based on the screenshot, try disconnecting from your VPN, then Restart your iPhone, and try again to reset passcode.
If that still does not work, you may need to try over a different network.
