Someone made me a developer profile amd has constantly been able to keep up with all my if password changes ? How can I get them to stop ?

I need to find out how to log into a developer profile I found out I have that I never set up?

You may need to enable 2 Factor Authentication on your Apple ID/Developer account. If your account won’t allow 2 Factor Authentication, try 2 Step Verification.
