No, there is not a way to mark text messages as spam. What you can do is activate Filter Unknown Senders. What this will do is if you get a text message from someone who is not in your contact list then they will be saved under a separate tab in the Messages app. If you want to activate this then open Settings ➔ Messages ➔ Filter Unknown Senders : Set this to ON.
