Calls are failing our new iPhone 12

We just received our new iPhone 12 and when we make a call on both our phones the call fails

We understand you're unable to make calls on your new iPhone. We're happy to offer some guidance.


Are any of your other cellular services working? For example can you load a web page in safari or send messages? Is the device showing bars of service at the top, or do you see "Searching"/"No Service"?


If your outgoing and incoming calls are not working, you can try these steps: If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone


If you are seeing "Searching"/"No Service" at the top where it should show your signal strength, you can try these steps: If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad


If you're still unable to make or receive calls, we'd recommend contacting your wireless carrier for assistance.
