can you get in-ear notifications on workout progress using apple watch and some earphones?

Dear Apple, I think that trying to watch some small numbers on your wrist while you are running is potentially more dangerous than not knowing what is the level of oxygen in your blood... It is actually a rather basic feature that other sport-supporting devices have, so it would be great if you could add it to your watches.
