First Surfing Workout Badge hasn’t appeared?

I did my first surfing workout at the weekend and tracked it with my Apple Watch series 6. The “First Workout” badge hasn’t appeared since, I’ve closed and reopened the fitness app, turned my phone and watch off and on. What can I do about this?

I tried restarting the Apple Watch and iPhone (including force-restarting) and the badge still doesn't show up on the Apple Watch. Fitness Awards not in sync between Apple Watch and iPhone Hi, Seen there have been several questions in the past on missing badges etc. I am experiencing some strange behavior. I recently completed 365 days of Move goals, the badge is showing up on my Apple Watch. But my iPhone has the badge greyed out saying "Reached your Move goal 367 times". Same phone/watch been paired for months and the February challenge badge synced fine along with other achievements and workouts. Not sure what the issue is with the 365 Move goal though...
