Make sure you have a payment method registered in your iTunes Store/Apple Music account, and that your computer is authorised to play purchases (Account>Authorisations>Authorise this computer.

Then sign in at https://podcastsconnect.apple.com to submit your feed. It will check its validity and warn you if there is a problem.

Some people have had difficulty doing this: if you get an error you could wait a bit and try again. One poster found tat using an iPhone worked when a Mac didn't.

In the end, if you can't get it to work, contact Support: https://itunespartner.apple.com/contact/?content_type=podcasts
