Podcast Connect Error

I keep getting this error whenever I try to connect my podcast "You need to finish activating your Apple ID before you can use it on Apple Podcasts Connect. For more information, check our support

article on creating an Apple Podcasts"


When I go to iTunes to login to activate it it's not allowing me to.


Does anyone have any suggestions?
