Why can't I install this update on my 7 plus

The latest update shows as being downloaded but I can't install it. Anyone have a solution?

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. We understand you are experiencing some problems trying to update you iPhone. We are happy to help provide some guidance.

When you go to Settings > General > Software Update, are there any alerts on that screen below the install button? Normally if there were something preventing the update from installing, it would explain on that screen. We also have a good resource that goes over some additional things to check here:

If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won’t update
