Date/time on top of photo of iOS Photo App

I notice that the date/time on top of the photo is not consistent.

e.g. I have a photo taken by an iPhone on 2018/11/08 8:02p in Japan (GMT+9)

This photo is copied to a PC

Now, I have an iPhone with iOS 14.7.1, and sync this photo from PC (Time zone GMT+8) via iTune.

When open via Photo App, 2018/11/08 9:02p is shown on the top of the photo.


It is strange that the time is different with same photo on 2 iOS device device (1 device take the photo, another device get the same photo via iTune sync)


There is no problem on my old iPad with iOS 12, and there is no problem if it is a video file.


I also test it via a beta iPadOS 15 device, and EXIF info can be shown:
