It say I can't sign in to my iPod using my Apple ID

My ipod want let me use *****@yahoo.com for my apple id,ID, is what I always use

I can't use my Apple ID on my iPod 5th Gen Some time ago I changed my Apple ID for my iPad. However, my iPod keeps asking me to sign in but on my previous Apple ID. I can't change the old email it is using, and it doesn't recognise either my old password or my new one. I still works, but I can't download any apps (even ones I bought previously) and the box asking me to sign in keeps popping up all the time. Apple ID is not available I had setup an apple id with my email address but had to reset my new ipod when setting it up. Now I can't use my email address when re-setting up my ipod, so I can't access my email on my ipod. It says ID is not available. How can I fix this?
