I deleted my text messages. 😯 can i get them back, can I retrieve them ?

If you were using Messages in iloud, then I'm afraid they are gone for good.

If not, then you need to restore your iPhone from a backup that has those messages.

Be aware that restore is an all or nothing procedure. You cannot restore only messages (for example) and any information on your iPhone between now and when the backup was made will be lost.
