I just bought a refurbished iPhone Xs. I have tried to connect it to iTunes on my Mac but to no avail. It still won't show on the left side above playlists. I've done all restart stuff, updated everything, but no joy. Any solutions out there, iPhone friends???

I finally discovered randomly that Xs iPhone does not show on the sidebar of "my music" -(itunes). It shows in the Finder sidebar. So click on Finder and then find your iPhone XS etc then click and after that, it will show on the "My Music" sidebar. Simple....when you find out how!!!!!!
