Deleted emails usually move to trash. Did you look in your trash? If you permanently deleted it, it will not be recoverable.

If the Email is from iCloud - one may or may not be able to get it back if not delated too long ago. go www.icloud.com and log into it with Apple ID and Password >> Mail >> check in Deleted folder.

I tried , it's not there ..change my preferences and created an archive folder for deletes emails ..
