Have you tried Uninstalling BackBlaze by using the instructions provided by BackBlaze and then reinstall the BackBlaze app with the latest version? Seems like BackBlaze has already provided instructions for your problem and it is shown in the screenshot.

FYI, blindly deleting system components of an app may affect the app in ways that can be catastrophic. If following the instructions in the screenshot does not work, then you should contact BackBlaze support for further assistance.
