Getting a popup asking: "Do you want to download 'bsync'?" It doesn’t allow me to do ant thing, except “cancel”. What is it? How do stop it?

“BackService” is an app downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it? I keep getting this pop up window that mentions "“BackService” is an app downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it?" and in small fonts it lists "Google Chrome downloaded this file on May 27, 2018." in the same window with Cancel and Open buttons. When i click Cancel it keeps on appearing again. How do i resolve this without clicking Open button. I don't have any application name "BackService" installed so im worried this could be malicious application. I have attached the picture.

WSDaemon! "WSDaemon" is an app downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it? (Safari downloaded this file one July 14, 2018) How do I get rid of this? What is WSDaemon? Oh no - It keeps popping up even if I hit cancel.

Try this procedure:--> Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

When done, restart your iPad and test it.
