Auto-brightness, it needs to be gone. Now.

I just bought the Apple Watch Series 6. I am greatly disappointed. Perhaps not in the hardware, but definitely in the software. What genius at apple thought it would be a good idea to REMOVE the option to turn off auto brightness? I don't need a nanny. I'm perfectly aware that this is going to affect battery life (and I don't care) - but trust me, much less than this "always on display" that is turned on by default. Give me the option to decide myself. Can we please have a way to turn this feature off?
