My Face ID is not available

Every time I try to do my face recognition if my face doesn’t work and when I try to reset it it says face ID is unavailable please try again later and I don’t know what to do

Look at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208114 for possible solutions. If this does not work, you may need hardware assistance from Apple Support (800-MY-APPLE) or from a Genius Bar at an Apple Store. Make an appointment for the Bar first.
