Adding individual lab results to Health
My regular lab is compatible with Apple Health, but I have a single lab result that I would like to add to Apple Health. Is there any way to add a single result?

Lab results like cholesterol don’t have an “Add Data” option in the top right.

Hi cnailen,
Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're having an issue with adding a lab report. We're happy to get you in the right direction to help.
We recommend checking to ensure the provider is supported to sync the information from the article list here: Institutions that support health records on iPhone and iPod touch
You can also check to see if the information can be added using the steps here: Use the Health app on your iPhone or iPod touch
If you're still unable to add the data, reach out to Apple Support directly: Contact Apple Support
Best!
Thanks - this lab doesn’t have an EMR that syncs with Apple Health. Is there a way to manually add a test result?
Thanks — that is the problem. This lab provider is not linked to Apple Health. Is there a way to manually add an entry for a specific lab result (LDL cholesterol, for example)?
Yes. Browse to the measure you would like to record.
Tap on the measurement (eg. heart rate, blood pressure, etc.)
tap on "Add Data" (upper right)
Add your data.
Ask your doctor to add it to their EMR system, and you should be able to sync it from there.
Only as notes. But presumably the lab sent a report to your doctor, who almost certainly has an EMR that the test can be added to.
