As above-battery not charging yet charger is plugged in and receiving electricity?

Is the Charger an Original Apple Charger and is the cable to computer and Original Apple Cable ?? Is the cable Directly connect to computer ??

If Yes, try the SMC Reset and perform. this action three times consecutively - then test.

If still not working Find an Apple Authorized Service Provider for evaluation or repair
