MacBook Pro WiFi keeps reconnecting. All official apple and googleable solutions didn't help

Dear Apple Support Community,

I tried all suggested solutions in order to troubleshot my WiFi issue.

Machine: MacBook Pro (see screenshot below)

Problem: WiFi keeps reconnecting each 2-3 seconds.

Official Apple Support: Took my laptop to the Genius Bar several times, they did hardware scan and no issues were found. I wasn't able to get any solution over the phone as well.

Observations: When WiFi disconnects, I observe below log messages in the attached wifi.log file. I stuck. Neither of the known solutions didn't help. Machine is blank if "brand new" installed OS. I have no any issues when have wired network connection.

I cannot figure out what is causing "<airport[193]> systemWokenByWiFi: System Wake Reason not found". I believe that I disabled all wakeup/sleep options. Laptop powered via power adapter, battery is charging with no issues.

Please advise.

About the Error Report:

"ERROR: rapportd (415) is not entitled for com.apple.wifi.join_history, will not allow request"

Seems your Browser History it not being kept (cooky usage).

Four Thoughts:

  • Try a Different Browser:

So, what happens when you use a different Web Browser.

  • Boot in Safe Mode:

[Hold Down: shift key, upon boot], In Safe ModeLogin Items do not run at login, certain preferences are set aside, and damaged system files are then reset. So, once booted in to Safe Mode, wait 30 seconds, and then boot up normally, attempting another update install.

  • Try a New Admin User:

What happens when you create a new administrator user, and log into it? Do you still get this error? If not, then it is likely an erro with the current user. If so, then it is likely an error with your Mac.

Sometimes when changes are made to the system(i.e. Updates), system configurations (i.e. for Wi-Fi) become manipulated, technically. So, reset the SMC and NVRAM. Try performing each thrice. It may take sometime, being certain you have the time to perform these resets.

Contacting Apple Support:

You can contact Apple Support, via phone. These are user-to-user forums - no one here has remote access to you devices (and that is a good thing, BTW).

A. Apple Phone Support:

Why the Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

B. Genius Bar Appointment:

Locate your nearest local Apple Store and take this device in for a “Genius Bar Appointment". There, its hardware and settings would be looked at.

Unfortunately neither of listed suggestions helped to solve my problem:

1) Seems your Browser History it not being kept (cooky usage).

I'm confused here, so MacOS uses browser cookie permissions configuration to manage WiFi connectivity? I have big doubts about that. In the mean time, I tried Safari and I tried Chromium with "Allow all cookies" configuration. Issue remains.

1.a) Try a Different Browser:

As I mentioned above, I tried Safari and Chromium with enabled " Allow all cookies" configuration. More of that, issue starts without having any browser launched.

1.b) Boot in Safe Mode

Tried as well, it didn't help either

1.c) Try a New Admin User:

Tried as well, it didn't help either

1.d) Reset the SMC and your NVRAM:

Tried as well, it didn't help either

Do we have someone from the Apple who can help with troubleshooting this issue?
