my dogs chewed my airpods right by the button and I accidentally pressed forget device and now I can’t connect them again dies anyone know how to fix this?

Right replacement AirPod won't connect to my iPhone My dog chewed up my airpod, and I got a new one today the technician told me to not open the case for 30 mins I did so as I arrived to the airport to catch my 6 hour flight from Orlando to Seattle my AirPods would not connect, I have done everything that I can think of they connect and then disconnect and continue to do the same thing. Very disappointed right now my phone is updated to IOS 15 and is fine I used these AirPods 3 weeks ago and they worked fine(yes I did use one AirPods due to my dog chewing the other one) if someone can help me with this problem that would be great thank you! If they don't show up when you have the AirPods in the case and the lid open next to your phone, then you may have to purchase a new case.
