Why does my iphone have weird white and coloured lines down my whole screen?
iPhone XR, iOS 14
Did you drop your phone recently or get it wet? Have you tried to turn it off and turn it on again? Please post a screenshot so we can see it.

That's a hardware problem. As kb1951 suggests, get it serviced.
I would suggest that you get an appointment at an Apple Store for an evaluation to see if the screen is failing.
i haven't dropped it or got it wet at all, my phone was perfectly fine yesterday and then i woke up to my phone screen like this
