I am trying to install applications but I am prevented to do, as there is a billing issue not cleare with an application the setting is not accepting any update for the card information as well there is no option to cancel the subscription for the application

cant download apps because i need to update billing info how to i get it to stop without putting money on my card. i cant remove my card either cause there’s an app that has a subscription, i cancelled it but it still won’t work
