cant download apps because i need to update billing info
how to i get it to stop without putting money on my card. i cant remove my card either cause there’s an app that has a subscription, i cancelled it but it still won’t work

You could use Apple ID balance as a payment method. As long as there is enough money listed, your credit card will not be used for payments.
