Exercise rings and stand rings go crazy once a week.

it seems that once a week or fortnight my exercise rings and stand rings go crazy. They go around and around and state that I have done 300+ mins of exercise and apparently stood for 16 out of 12 hours ( which means I wouldn’t have slept.) This is happening constantly. I have tried every trouble shooting suggestion to no avail.
