Strangest thing happened this morning. My exercise and stand rings maxed out for some reason. Stand ring is saying 24/12, it was 8:30am and my exercise ring has 1438 minutes logged, have not done any exercise yet. Activity ring is okay.
Has anyone else seen anything like this and how can it be fixed ?

Found the area on the iphone under the Health app. Under iPhone recorded data Stand hours have been recorded on the phone from 3 Feb 17:00 to 5 Feb 02:00 at 7:51am Sames seems to have happened on the exercise ring for some reason. Deleted all entries and watch has corrected itself.

You can delete the data in the health app.
But does that not lose all my data that has been collected over the years ?
No it's selective.
