ECG app not working

I cannot set up the ECG app although in the region that can use the app. When I try to set up, it states that I’m not in the region..

Are you in a region that supports ECG?

Was the watch and phone bought in a supported region?

Was the the watch or phone bought in another country other than the one you are living in now?
