I’m having trouble with adding a contact to favourites.
I want to add as “call mobile” favourite, but the only options I’m offered are “message mobile” or “call WhatsApp”.
I have iphone6.
Any help greatly appreciated.

After you tap Add to Favourites after opening the Contact, three options will pop up.
Select the Phone section and select the Phone number. Watch the GIF below.
