Can you add photos to Apple wallet? Specifically vaccine passport

You can add only those tickets and IDs which has the Apple Wallet support from the issuer of the ID, tickets, and the pass.

If your state has created a means to do so you can electronically add your vaccination card. If not you can store it in Photos.
