iPhone 7 Plus is not good for game streaming?

Hello, so I tried streaming on Facebook Online using my iPhone 7 Plus with the original lightning av hdmi adapter from apple and a capture card. I just noticed that it really has a slight ghost touching when I start to play a game and it really impacts my gameplay since I am playing an fps game (CODM) my iPhones battery health is 100% I just got it replaced from apple. To make it sure that it's not the adapter nor the capture card's problem for the reason of ghost touching my phone, I tried both my friends' iPhone X and iPhone 11 and they both work well and doesn't have ghost touch issues when streaming.

So does iPhone 7 Plus really isn't recommended for game streaming? maybe because of its chipset can't handle heavy duty like projecting the display on my pc while playing a game makes it run into ghost touch issues..

Anyone experienced this too? or it's just my phone that has a certain problem? maybe anyone knows how to fix this kind of problem?

Hello thank you for the response.

Yes the delay only occur when the adapter and capture card are connected to my iPhone, I already tried charging my phone while playing heavy graphics intensive game and it doesn't create any ghost touches unlike when it's connected to the adapter and capture card or even through the adapter alone.

I tried it on Mobile Legends and it still creates ghost touch. To be specific, the ghost touch mostly will occur when there are two touches on the screen, or when I touch the screen with both my left and right thumb, but the ghost touch won't exist when I only touch one finger on the screen.

Example: Thumb 1 for Joystick and Thumb 2 for Aiming, when both thumbs touches the screen, the ghost touch will occur after 2 to 3 seconds.

If my Thumb 1 is only using the Joystick and Thumb 2 is not touching on the screen (means only 1 touch is holding the screen) the ghost touch won't occur.

So there's no problem really when using the adapter when watching videos but for Mobile Streaming or for Streaming Games, it's really a problem..

I already tried both iPhone X and iPhone 11 again using the same adapter and capture card ang tested it with Mobile Legends, again, there's no problem with them, I already tried playing/streaming 2 hours straight with both iPhone X and 11, and there's no ghost touch happening at all.

Hello Ellis,

Thanks for reaching out through the Apple Support Communities about that experience with your iPhone 7 Plus.

To verify, does that delay only occur when the adapter and capture card are connected to your iPhone?

If so, do you experience the same behavior when playing games that are less graphically intensive, or using apps without 3d graphics or video playback?

Hopefully those details will help to further isolate this behavior.

Take care.
